Em’s intuitively guided one-on-one breathwork session was the most remarkable experience. Her innate sense of energy allows her to facilitate exactly what you need to release or revive, holding you through all the emotions that come up. Even in my advanced practice, it was fresh and new, allowing me to go places I hadn’t before. Her integration process, paired with healing music, settled me into a new way of being. The breath is our daily blessing, so specialists like Em are attuned to a higher essence of life. It was a real spiritual and personal moment.

My breathwork session with Emma was one of the more visceral and profound healing sessions I have received to date.

This was my first time doing breathwork, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Emma did not disappoint! Her gentleness and ability to hold a safe nurturing space really allowed me to sink into a state where I was able to shift an energetic block from my solar plexus. I could feel this move through my body and release with the assistance of some energy work from Emma. My body was literally vibrating!

Overall I was very impressed with my session and amazed at the power of our own breath.

I came to Em because I was totally stuck, stuck in my head, stuck in my way. I was triggered by some old relationship stuff. And the experience that I got was 1. Emotional intelligence coaching, where you cut through the ego and saw what was actually happening with me. That was incredible because we got clarity.

Then we went into breathwork which was like an explosion and release of those energy emotions. And your guiding into my higher self was such a powerful experience.

Skills .. emotional intelligence coaching, an incredible listener, being able to see the ego and not to buy into peoples stuff, to be able to see what was really happening and the breathwork, intuition, the guidance, the care, the safe space.

I worked with em to clear some emotional and mental blocks that have been holding me back and through her guided breathwork and visualisation, I was able to we worked on getting in touch with the body and the energy that is stored there and releasing it so that I can move on and be free.

I found the experiences really powerful and i felt things opened up. I feel a lot of self love, grounded and at peace, and the normal anxious energy has quietened.
